Forensic Reconstruction of Company Register
There is a statutory requirement to keep and maintain full Company records - Companies Act 2006.
Every Company and LLP must keep certain Statutory Register which are open to inspection by Government Departments, HMRC and other interested parties.
On the sale, acquisition or merger of any Limited Company, LLP or other incorporated Company, the purchaser solicitors will no doubt insist on seeing the Statutory Register to ensure that the Company is compliant with the current legislation. Unless otherwise elected and notified, Companies House will assume that such records are kept at the Company's registered office.
If the Company has not kept full records, Foremost Formations will forensically reconstruct the register with the help of available information to ensure compliance with the current legislation and a smooth transaction.
